1.) How will I know when the product has been shipped?

We will e-mail you a shipment notification once your order is shipped, it also has a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please allow 24hrs for the tracking link to activate.

2.) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or directly payment through PayPal.

3.) Do I need to register for PayPal to complete a checkout?

No, just choose - Pay with Debit or Credit card

4.) Can you explain how to make a purchase?

6.) Do I need to pay for shipping?

Yes, you can see the shipping price after you press - Check Out button.

7.) How does your clothing fit?

Please refer our Size Guide page for details about each of our products.

8.) How should I care for my t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies? Will they shrink?

We recommend turning them inside out and machine or hand wash on cold. Since all of our products are mostly of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. To minimize the shrinking, machine dry low or hang dry.

9.) What type of printing process is used on your clothing&accessories?

All of our apparel uses - direct-to-garment (DTG) method. Leggings, tote bags - sublimation (aka all-over printing), hats - embroidery.

10.) Do you manufacture your products in-house?

We do all of our designs in-house, not through manufacturing process. We partner with great manufacturers in the US and Latvia for each of our products.

11.) What if I made an order and later noticed that I accidentally wrote my address wrong?

Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing it, if there is a need to change an address, immediately contact us at bethegoodmood@gmail.com with your information.

12.) Will I be charged tax?

We are required to collect sales tax, it will be included into the price.

13.) Are custom duties included for international orders?

Custom/Import duties are not included in the price at checkout. These charges may or may not be collected by the shipping service upon delivery.The fee may vary depending on your destination country, order value, country limits, and other factors.

14.) Can I get one of your designs on the hoodies that doesn't has it on?

15.) I saw you had an 4XL and 5XL size, how can I purchase them?
